Why it works as a gift
A photo, a name or a small illustration printed on a magnet that goes on the fridge — seen every day, which is exactly why it works. Small makers do them one-off as keepsakes and in sets of dozens as wedding, baby-shower and party favours.
Who it's good for
Who should skip it
- Someone with a minimal kitchen who keeps the fridge door clear
How to choose
Printed from your photos, usually in sets.
Also stand on a shelf.
What to check
- Use sharp, well-lit photos — small prints show blur and grain more than you'd expect.
- Pick a set of several photos over a single one; a set gets rearranged and noticed.
- Check the magnet strength for thicker or framed magnets — weak ones slide down the door.
What each budget gets you
- ₹200–₹500
- One to a few printed photo magnets.
- ₹500–₹1,000
- Larger sets, thicker frames, wooden or acrylic finishes.
- Some stainless-steel fridge doors aren't magnetic. If you're not sure, pick magnets that can also stand on a shelf.
